2. Purpose of processing

The personal data provided will be processed by the company for the following specific purposes, depending on the way they were obtained:

  • Inquiry management: Attend and resolve requests for information, quotes and general inquiries received through the contact forms.
  • Transport and Logistics Services: Manage the execution of the transport contract, including route planning, goods tracking and operational communication.
  • Client Area and Reservations: Administer registration in the private portal, allowing the management of parking reservations, billing consultation and service traceability.
  • Regulatory compliance: Perform administrative, accounting and tax management derived from the commercial relationship, as well as comply with sectoral legal obligations in transport matters.
  • Commercial communications: Send information about news and services of the company, only if the user has given their explicit consent for it.

3. Legitimation of processing

The processing of your data is carried out under the following legal bases that enable it:

  • Execution of a contract: Processing is necessary for the management of the contracted transport services and the maintenance of the operational relationship in the Client Area (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Data subject's consent: For the resolution of doubts sent through the forms and, where appropriate, for sending commercial communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations: For compliance with tax, accounting regulations and specific legislation for the regulation of land transport (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest: To guarantee network and information security, as well as for the prevention of fraud in the management of services and reservations (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Conservation period

The personal data provided will be kept following the following retention and blocking criteria:

  • Commercial and contractual management: They will be maintained as long as the relationship with the client lasts. After its termination, the data will remain blocked during the legal prescription periods (6 years by mercantile regulations and up to 10 years by tax regulations).
  • Inquiries and requests: During the time strictly necessary to resolve your request and, at most, one year after the last contact if no commercial relationship is derived.
  • Commercial communications: Until the user withdraws their consent or requests to unsubscribe from them.
  • Client Area accounts: As long as the user maintains their active profile. In case of inactivity longer than 24 months, the personal data will be blocked.

5. Recipients of the data

Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. However, they may be communicated to the following recipients for operational or legal necessity:
